Peaceful resolution is possible.
The courtroom isn’t the only way to resolve a conflict—and often, it’s not the best. At Harmony Path Mediation, I provide thoughtful, effective alternatives to litigation for families, couples, and individuals across Colorado.
Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where I serve as a neutral third party to help you and the other person (or people) in conflict communicate more effectively, clarify issues, and reach mutually acceptable agreements. Whether you're working through divorce, parenting plans, family conflict, or other civil matters, mediation gives you control over the outcome—without going to court.
In a collaborative divorce or family law process, both parties are represented by attorneys—but everyone commits to resolving issues without litigation. As a trained collaborative facilitator, I guide the process, help manage communication and support respectful decision-making. Together with your collaborative team, you can create parenting plans and divide property in a way that protects your relationships, your finances, and your future.
This process works best when both parties are ready to be honest, respectful, and solution focused. It is not appropriate for high-conflict or abusive situations. Learn why ▶️
Conciliation is similar to mediation, but I take a more active role in helping you identify the core issues and propose practical solutions. It's a good option when communication has broken down and you need structured support to move toward resolution. My experience in family law and conflict facilitation helps ensure a balanced, efficient approach.
When you need a decision but don’t want to wait months—or years—for a court ruling, arbitration may be the right fit. As an arbitrator, I review your evidence, listen to both sides, and issue a binding decision. Arbitration is faster, more private, and less formal than trial, but still offers finality and structure when a negotiated agreement isn’t possible.
Restorative practices focus on accountability, healing, and repairing harm. As a certified Restorative Denver Facilitator, I create safe spaces where people who have caused harm, been harmed, or been affected can come together to talk honestly and work toward understanding. This approach can be especially effective in community, school, and family settings—or for people involved in low-level legal matters looking for a more meaningful resolution process.
