Hi, I’m Dianne Van Voorhees, a mediator and collaborative divorce practitioner. I help you resolve conflicts through accessible, compassionate ADR services.
Mediation, Collaborative Law, Peacemaking, Arbitration, Neutral Assessment, Negotiation, and Conciliation are all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) lets you shape and negotiate your own solutions with a neutral facilitator who helps everyone understand each other’s goals and concerns.
Mediation can resolve all or part of your disputes. If ADR doesn’t yield a full resolution, you can still present your case in court.
I provide compassionate and facilitative dispute resolution.
I’m a Westminster-based mediator with extensive experience resolving family, community, and civil disputes across Colorado. I offer divorce mediation services across Colorado, with remote sessions via Zoom or Webex.
With more than 20 years of legal experience, including service as a municipal court judge, I’m credentialed through the 40 Hour Mediation Training by Mares-Dixon & Associates. I received my Collaborative Law training from Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals. I was trained and certified as a Restorative Justice Facilitator through The Conflict Center and am now serving the Restorative Denver Program.
Ready to resolve your conflicts? Contact me today for a free 15-minute consult.
Here at Harmony Path Mediation, I provide expert and compassionate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services to help people resolve conflict outside the courtroom.
I support:
Whether I’m guiding co-parents in building a thoughtful parenting agreement, helping adult siblings find common ground in an estate dispute, or facilitating dialogue between neighbors, I ensure every voice is heard and respected.
What sets my practice apart is the combination of deep legal knowledge and emotional intelligence. With over 20 years of legal experience—including time as a municipal judge—and extensive training in mediation, collaborative law, and restorative practices, I bring both structure and empathy to the table. My approach is relationship-centered and trauma-informed, designed to support sustainable, mutually satisfying outcomes—not just quick fixes.
I believe that those in conflict are best positioned to create their own solutions. I act as a neutral facilitator, not a decision-maker—helping clients clarify their goals, improve communication, and reach agreements they can stand behind.
My work is grounded in these core values:
Whether you are in Westminster, Arvada, or anywhere else in Colorado and you need a divorce mediator or someone familiar with court mediation services, family law, or collaborative divorce, contact me to get started now.
